- Doctoral degree in psychology, psychiatry, counseling, or related mental health field
- Active research program with publications in behavioral therapy or psychological treatment
- Prior peer review experience for scientific journals in psychology or psychiatry
- Commitment to timely and thorough manuscript evaluation
- Expertise in specific therapy approaches or mental health conditions
- Current affiliation with academic institution or clinical research organization

Expected Commitment
Editors typically handle four to six manuscripts per year, with initial terms of two years renewable upon mutual agreement. Time commitment averages two to four hours per manuscript for review coordination and decision making.
