Exercise

Exercise is physical activity that increases the body's capacity to work and helps to maintain physical and mental health. Its significance lies in its ability to help improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce the risk of several chronic illnesses such as diabetes, arthritis, and dementia, as well as help with weight management, improving physical strength and endurance, and promoting mental wellbeing. Exercise can be done in a variety of ways, such as walking, running, swimming, cycling, and weight lifting, and can be tailored to individual needs and preferences. Regular exercise is beneficial for people of all ages, from children to the elderly, and should be part of a healthy lifestyle.
