Abstract: This review synthesizes evidence on NSAIDs and colorectal cancer prevention. It balances chemopreventive efficacy against gastrointestinal and cardiovascular risks, and considers selective COX‑2 inhibitors, dosing, and candidate populations for risk‑benefit.
